This page explains what information this website collects, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you ask for a call back, we collect your name, phone number and the job you describe. When you request a commercial bid, we also collect your company, email address, project location and project details.

If you allow analytics, we also collect information about how you use the website: the pages you visit, how you found us, your device and browser type, your approximate location (to city level), and whether you sent a form or tapped to call us.

How we use it

We use your contact details only to respond to your request and to arrange any work you ask us to do. We use analytics only to understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for targeted advertising or profiling.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how the website is used. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) to tell visits apart. They aren’t used for advertising.

You can accept or decline analytics in the cookie notice, and change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. If you decline, we don’t load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics, and the website works exactly the same. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out and keep analytics off.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run this website:

• Netlify, which hosts the website and receives form submissions.
• Google, which provides Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Our email provider, which delivers form submissions to our team.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions only as long as we need them for your job and our records. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act, you can ask us to:

• confirm whether we process your personal information, and see it
• give you a copy of it
• correct it
• delete it
• tell you the specific third parties we’ve shared it with
• opt out of targeted advertising, sale of your information and profiling (we don’t do any of these)

If we can’t do what you ask, we’ll explain why, and you can appeal by contacting us again. If you’re not happy with the outcome of your appeal, you can contact the Oregon Department of Justice.

Children

This website isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
